aamra wins the Bronze Award in IT and Telecom Companies category for Corporate Governance Excellence, conferred by Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB). The ICSB National Award for Corporate Governance Excellence is awarded to publicly listed companies who have successfully established corporate governance structure in their respective organizations.
The award was delegated by the Honorable Minister of Commerce Mr. Tipu Munshi (MP), President of ICSB Muzaffar Ahmed (FCMA, FCS) and Chairman of ICSB Itrat Husain (FCMA, FCS) to Chairman of aamra companies Syed Faruque Ahmed and Group Chief Financial Officer Md. Anamul Haque respectively.
