Syed Farhad Ahmed, Managing Director, aamra companies had graced the fourth round table discussion jointly organized by The Daily Star & Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at The Daily Star Centre.
BYLC had been organizing such round tables with distinguished industry leaders and experts of the country to examine the root causes of youth unemployment and propose ways to meet skills demand of the new era of the job market.
The discussion was focused on the changing nature of modern workplace, essential skills for making youth employable, expectations from job providers, ensuring gender and ethnic diversity at workplace and eliminating gaps in existing education system.
