The 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of aamra networks ltd. (ANL) has been successfully completed through a virtual platform. A considerable number of shareholders participated in the meeting and shared their comments, opinion as well as queries on the company’s financial statements. Along with others, company’s hon’ble Chairman Mr. Syed Faruque Ahmed, Managing Director & CEO Mr. Syed Farhad Ahmed, Director Syeda Munia Ahmed, Director Fahmida Ahmed, Independent Director Mr. Mahbub Mustafizur Rahman, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Md. Anamul Haque and Company Secretary Syed Moniruzzaman were connected in the virtual meeting. The meeting’s agendas were granted by exercising the shareholder’s voting rights. The shareholders approved a cash dividend of 10 % for the financial year ended 2019-20.
